I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience at this wonderful care and nursing home. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that every resident is treated with the utmost care and respect. My Dance school love visiting this care home and performing for the residents, the home is so welcoming and staff are wondeful it doesnt feel like a typical care home, it feels more like a hotel, the residents are well cared for and always have a smile on their faces, My girls love coming and chatting with the residents. Nothing is to much trouble for the staff.

Residents left lying in their own excretions for hours on end. Carers sleeping at night when they should be looking after residents. Residents on respite aren’t cared for effectively. So much so the husband of a couple on respite was performing all the care tasks for his wife as the carers were too busy worrying about taking their breaks and who would be doing the tea trolly. Disrespect to residents in the lounge from carers whilst they are watching television. Residents are not treated with dignity or respect by some carers I have seen this first hand and would not suggest anyone send their loved ones here. The management do not care about staff and their wellbeing. Allowing carers to be bullied by other seniors without acting upon it. All in all. A terrible place to consider sending your loved ones.
