I WAS RECOMMENDED THIS CAREHOME BY STAFF AT THE HOME MY SISTER WAS IN AS IT WAS CLOSING DOWN WHAT AN AMAZING PLACE! AS SOON AS WE WALKED IN WE KNEW IT WAS RIGHT SMILING FRIENDLY STAFF AND ALTHOUGH IT IS SLOWLY BEING RENOVATED IT WAS CLEAN AND WELCOMMING.WHENEVER WE HAVE VISITED EVA HAS BEEN WELL PRESENTED AND HAPPY THE MUSIC IS ALWAYS ON FOR HER SHE LOVES TO SING.SO GLAD SHE HAS SETTLED HERE ITS A GREAT RELIEF TO KNOW SHES SAFE AND WELL LOOKED AFTER THANK YOU CHERYL FOR TAKING HER AND GEORGIA FOR RECOMMENDING IT.

A very rare find. Where mostly all the staff are highly trained and genuinely care for the residents. Nothing is too much trouble. If you have any problems, they address them immediately. My Mum is very vulnerable so choosing somewhere was very daunting. We visited numerous places, this residence was the only carehome that didn't seem to hide anything, they were friendly and welcoming. Visiting many times to witness good care. They do realise the home needs some updating, this issue is being addressed. It has been painted throughout and the new kitchen in the dinning room looks amazing! They have also told me of their plans to smarten up the gardens, which in the summer will be amazing. The gardens are quiet and relaxing. Don't be put off by the exterior, I would highly recommend this carehome, it has a very happy atmosphere at all times. The food has won awards and looks delicious! Perhaps a bit more entertainment would be the icing on the cake. Emily is very good but is limited with budgets. They are always having social events to raise money for this. Overall an excellent carehome.

Lovely care home highly trained staff at all levels. Homemade foods of all kinds lovely gardens where people can sit out enjoying the lovely view of gardens.
