We had an INCREDIBLE time here! Starting from the very beginning when we arrived, the staff couldnā€™t do enough for us, took our car and unloaded our luggage into our room, the gentleman was so helpful and told us all about the history of this Manor and about the Mason Family who still own it and very much still involved in the day to day running of the hotel!

The SPA (Eynsham Baths) was the best spa we have ever been to, the details were incredible and clearly w piece of art! Sarah welcomed us and was the most helpful host! We also enjoyed our herbal teas in the tearoom where Michael gave us the best service & the gentleman who designs the teas even offered us some bespoke herbal advice!

The room was so beautiful with so much stunning details, every corner of the room made us stop and admire the detail and the design! The room had a separate lunge with a log burner and an incredible bathroom!

We also did the Riffle Shooting with Charlotte which was a fun activity with a very friendly instructor, we finished this with the most delicious hot chocolate and a cookie!šŸŖ

Which lastly brings me to our dinner in the Billards room! The duck was delicious and the whole experience was a lovely finish to our wonderful stay!

We will definitely be returning and canā€™t wait to enjoy this experience again!

This place was amazingā€”our room, the pool, and the breakfast and dinner were absolutely perfect! We really loved our stay.

However, guests should be aware of the activity fees, which are quite a bit pricey.

There were a few things I didnā€™t like about the service: They didnā€™t inform me of the activity prices in the email when I booked them. It seemed like they were free of charge. (The reason i think it's free of charge because some activities were indicated the prices, but mostly not)

They also didnā€™t mention the cancellation policy for activities in the email. I went to cancel an animal feeding session with one of the activity staff, and she told me I can cancel but I still had to pay Ā£35 pp due to the cancellation policy, which didnā€™t make sense to me. I went back to the reception to cancel again, and the receptionist was very kindā€”he handled it for me without mentioning the cancellation policy at all.

Overall, it was a great experience, but I think more transparency around the activity costs and policies would be helpful.

Nice but crowded. We went for a weekend to try since it has had plenty of hype on media. We booked a suite for Ā£1100. They also charged us Ā£100 per night for my dog and Ā£50 for parking. That parking charge seems
outlandish for a Cotswold outdoor parking. Thereā€™s also a Ā£100 charge for accessing the spa.
The suite we stayed was alright.
We had lunch at the Japanese restaurant - very bland. Nothing has been marinated, not even the sushi rice. The most generic restaurant in Japan would taste better.
Hotel ground is very expansive. I imagine it would be really nice to walk around in a warmer weather.
The place was really busy, hundreds of cars parked and filing out the two parking lots. Itā€™s probably alright as a hotel, but I wouldnā€™t join as a membership club.

The venue is amazing: different restaurants, activities for the whole family, beautiful rooms and spaces. Otherwise, the service is so bad and no kind at all (the best we met the landis and archery instructors): the booking via email took for days (even the link for paying didn't work)we arrived and the room was not ready, no one welcomes you, our luggage was lost in other room for 5h! and manu calls and visits to the main reception (with kids this is not nice), I had to ask for highchairs and colouring leaflet several times (even they saw me with the baby in my lap and the food ready), they have activities for kids that no one explains you. For a luxury hotel we expected a more special treatment (as in other similar hotels we had)

Estelle Manor is undeniably stunning. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the beauty of the rooms, the expansive grounds, and the elegant restaurants. So much so that upon check-in, we extended our stay for an extra nightā€”one night simply isnā€™t enough to fully enjoy the experience of all the restaurants on offer. The Christmas decor during our visit added a magical, cozy touch, making the ambiance even more special.

We dined at the Brasserie, and the food was exceptional. The Beef Wellington and cheese soufflĆ© were standout dishes that we would highly recommend. The restaurantā€™s atmosphere was as exquisite as the cuisine, making it a highlight of our stay.

The spa is another remarkable feature of Estelle Manor. Designed with a Roman theme, it boasts breathtaking decor and offers a luxurious retreat. However, our spa experience was marred by a frustrating oversight. My husbandā€™s slippers became soaked en route to the spa, and when we asked for a fresh pair to walk back to our room, the staff claimed they "couldnā€™t help." For an establishment of this caliber, such an indifferent response was disappointing and inconsistent with the otherwise high standard of service.

The most significant drawback came at checkout. Despite believing we had settled everything, unexpected charges appeared later, requiring weeks of follow-up and numerous emails to resolve. This lack of clarity and prolonged resolution process was disappointing and dampened the overall experience.

In conclusion, Estelle Manor is a feast for the senses, with incredible decor, delicious food, and enchanting grounds. However, attention to detail in customer service and billing needs improvement to match the high-end image. We would still recommend a visitā€”just ensure you double-check your bill, especially if youā€™ve booked a package.

My wife & I visited for the weekend to celebrate her 40th & loved every minute. ||We stayed in a walled garden suite. The room was immaculate, lush bed & Estelle helped with a few very special welcome surprises for the birthday girl - a millefeuille cake, flowers & bubbles on arrival. ||The thermal journey in the spa is a must, multiple different pools, sauna & steam-rooms + the freezing plunge pools if thatā€™s your thing - I jumped in then instantly back out again! ||Estelle has numerous food options, all excellent, we can recommend the duck in the Chinese restaurant (I bet youā€™ve never had it served like this before!). The Sunday roast was epic & the lobster roll in the Living Room also well worth a try. ||Iā€™d also give the bar staff in the Living Room a large pat on the back, some fantastic cocktails & spirits were drank! The young lad serving us knew his stuff & then some! incredibly knowledgable! ||I think my favourite moment was rolling up in a Peugeot 3008 covered in dog hair & getting it valet parked next to gleaming Ferraris, Rolls Royce & Bentleys! Very amusing!!

One of the most unique Country Estates with possibly the largest Spa in Europe. Great selection of restaurants and activities. The cottages are well appointed and service by and large is great except for the morning breakfast rush.

A friend of mine has a membership here and I was kindly invited for brunch and shown around. The place looks really nice and definitely appears to be better value for money compared to the alternatives (won't mention any names!).

I don't know anything about the membership process so I can only comment on what I saw - that much was very nice. The manor house is beautiful and the fireplaces add a really welcoming touch. The area is fantastic, with typical idyllic views and rolling British countryside hills. I would happily visit again. I can imagine it's a great place to hang out and work from.

There is ample parking, including for larger vehicles.
