My second visit as Cottesmore is only open one day during the week. I thought this time it might be better than the last but no! I had a couple of bits of polystyrene to bin after the cardboard but told I had to drive round again to do that. However, there was a lorry blocking the entrance and I was told I had to wait. There was no offer of helping by taking the two bits off me and after waiting several minutes for the lorry to move, which it didn't, I left.

The team at Luffenham waste recycling are really friendly and helpful. They are more than happy to help you unload your waste, and direct you to the correct skip for whatever you have- cardboard, plastics, home furnishings, fabric etc. They are also very safety conscious and make sure you don’t do anything to endanger yourself.

As usual, staff at North Luffenham really helpful and the new open system seems to be working well. I have not commented before but the separate in and out gateways really help speed things along too. No need to book a time too. Well done all!

Ridiculously busy, almost an hour joining the queue to leaving, just to dump some garden rubbish! To be fair, Tuesday morning probably isn't the best time to go after a weekend when they're closed on Mondays. Staff doing their best.

The staff are excellent, friendly and helpful. The booking system is a pain, but it does mean that the site does not get swamped. In some ways it would be worth while keeping.

Moved into area and visited during one of the lockdowns, the site was well organised and the team was really friendly and helpful
