Had a scaffold up at my house over a month now and the job completed over 3 weeks. Called multiple time to get it took down and they clearly do not care! My garden is basically a storage yard & my disabled son has already bruised his shoulder on it as it’s tough to keep him out of the garden for a month.

Beyond a joke.... they have on their website going on about "Net Zero" and "Tackling climate change and reducing global warming is crucial for us all which is why sustainability, energy efficiency and becoming net zero are key priorities for Beyond Housing.   "

yet id love to see where this is in action because when you want to become a part of the solution and have solar panels installed on your home to try and atleast sustain a living they refuse to allow them at all on their properties unless you Own the home, stupidity considering solar panels should be the way forward if you can gain from them... and at zero cost to themselves while in the property and they also make you sign a declaration to remove any altarations at your cost anyways if you ever vacate...? bare in mind i have lived in my property for 14 years+ so im a long term tenant.

please note their excuse is "entering into a 3rd party lease with a company" im owning them outright so their is no 3rd party lease and when i leave they would be leaving with me. the owners response is invalid.

Vulgar pure vulgar company, first off they proclaim that they pride themselves on mental health awareness, load of tosh, they couldn't care a less about you your mental health or anything else as a tenant if I'm completely honest they are pushing tenants towards suicide just ao they can pretend their right and nothings wrong, it's always what they want and how they want it and nothing in-between, they speak to you like your a child even when invited into your own home, then when their asked to leave they refuse and you have to ask 5 times in total before they leave, but not before pressing just one more button before leaving, these points above are all based on beyond housing's c.e.o, rosemary du nothing rose this woman is supposed to be overseeing and running this company but that's debatable, if she can come in someone's home and speak and treat you like she did in my home then no wonder the rest of the workforce is so blazé, the attitudes are gross, worse service I've ever come across and I've come across some bad, the fact she is the ceo though makes it even worse, then when u raise it a board of director responds to you that they dealt with you respectful and proffesional in my own home, (love to know how he knows because he wasn't there) their teams lie, and I know they don't want to go against her because obviously she is the big boss (use the term lightly) this company is so underhanded, and have u living like your in a prison (bet even a prison has more day light than I'm currently living with) this is all down to a development being build out my back, where all the ground levels are much higher than the ground level my homes is sat on, so everything and everyone is above my fence which is a 1.7m high fence with a trellis on top so slightly taller, car parks that are there are higher than my fence so every1 that walks passed or parks are all above, with this the security and privacy has been removed because of this but beyond housing particularly the ceo see absolutely no wrong with it and thinks "it's a normal situation" this is not a normal situation whatsoever, anyway they left someone feeling more and more on the edge than ever b4 an couldn't careless, I gave them 2 solutions and both have been denied, they really feel there is no wrong doing and have failed to resolve at stage 1 an 2 complaint, they even fail their own protocol an say this person is dealing with your complaint then some1 else responce an the same with stage 2 complaint, even better in 1 of their emails they say letters were sent out in Oct 2021 for tenants to know about the changed plans ect however none of us lived on our row untill Nov 2021, how can any1 object then? Exactly like I said shambles I'm now awaiting an outcome from the ombudsman an hoping that their genuine enough to see the whole thing has been dealt with wrong and appallingly, don't ever expect help from beyond housing all they want is money money, couldn't give 2hoots about you in the slightest, and the ceo's side kicks are no better for a fully grown bloke that came with her he needs 2 find his back bone as he is defending her actions cause he doesn't want 2 loose his job, so makes tenant look the bad 1 and tell lies instead, vulgar utterly vulger. And this is jst a bit of the shenanigans. And the gardens (again use the term lightly) well there another level entirely, or shall I say my pond. They really are a joke but as I say only interested in 1 thing and this is the only thing that's made very clear is money money money, that all they care about. SCUM THE LOT OF THEM.

Update: so above I say their only interested in 1thing, that's money, well 2days call proves jst that so my rents been paid to a zero balance however bcoz it was paid Friday it hasn't updated until tue, however weekly rent is added every Mon so I've had a call advising my rents in arrears, yes of course it's going 2b I've only jst cleared the account for the month, now that the nxt weeks rents gone on its going to look like arrears untill next paid in June, their a joke money grabbing vulgar thieves.

Vile disgusting and pathetic association. They move people into houses that haven't been maintained while they're empty. Then blame the tenant for everything wrong with the house. 2 houses we've had with beyond housing and both gardens were overgrown up to our shoulders. We couldn't even see there was a driveway until it was all cut away. This attracts mice, rats, slugs, you name it we've had to deal with it. They also lie about the tenants not reporting issues so they can say there's nothing written on their system. They use this against you if you are still chasing up repairs a year or more later. We've had them cowboys come round and take photos of the damp and mould 5 times since September/October 2022 ( we only moved in in July 2022) and even though I video recorded the visits , they're still trying to say I haven't reported the damp because there is nothing written on the system. This is the tactics they use against you. One of the cowboys they sent to look at it had the audacity to point at a dry pair of kids socks on the radiator blaming all the damp and mould problems on that. They try saying you don't open windows etc. But we always have a window open and theyr idea of ventilation is a hole in the wall that you can see right through to the outside and just because they've put a guard on either side to make it look like a vent, they think that is adequate ventilation. The house has been freezing but they don't care. In the previous house we had the same problems , we had a rat infestation and when they had their own pest control guy, he poisoned the rats but when they started decomposing, we had an infestation of flies everyday for 3 weeks coming from the dead rats and they left us to deal with it ourselves. Our 2 year old boy was even trying to shoe them out of the house. There was mould all over the wall in the bedroom before we even moved in but they just ripped off the wallpaper with the mould on before we moved in then tried blaming us for the mould when it started to come back. Recently a vicious looking dog jumped into our garden over the gates and charged at me and my 4 year old son. Luckily we managed to get inside the house but if that dog got hold of my son or my dog they would have been ripped to pieces. But I'm not allowed higher gates to prevent dogs jumping over again. Beyond housing don't care about the safety, comfort or wellbeing of their tenants that are at risk from the conditions of the houses they rent out. Be very careful when you speak to Callum the damp and mould team leader. He accused me of being aggressive and threatening towards one of their workers just so work doesn't get done, and he said I refused the work to be done, no I didnt. All he wanted to do was clean the mould away Cleaning it isn't getting to the rout of the problem and I found it shocking that's all he was willing to do. Just because I said I'll clean the mould myself they have accused me of refusing to let them do the work. I video recorded the full visit which proves he's lying. If you have to ring them and rearrange a visit because you're poorly, they put that one on the system but they label it as they were refused entry , there's a massive difference between rearranging a visit and refusing them entry, this is another tactic they use to make you look bad. One of them also turned up another day unexpectedly and he didn't have a clue what he was here for. I was recording this aswell and I'm glad I did because I couldn't believe they would show up and not know what they here for,this just shows the lack of professionalism and communication within their own offices and between employees. The whole organisation is a shambles and it's the tenants that suffer. Record every phonecall and visit by them trust me. It's your only defence against them. This is just the tip of the iceberg but unfortunately for them, I have plenty of photos and videos of everything past and present to prove how vile beyond housing are.

Would give ZERO if i could.

EVERY time i phone up i'm on hold for 30 to 45 mins just waiting to speak to someone, then when you do they are no help and put you on hold to speak to someone else. When you challenge them on the incorrect info they give you they just put you on hold again and then hang up. Going to the office is even worse you are met by a receptionist who when she can be bothered to get off her ipad, asks you to sit in reception and give all your private and confidential info for all and sundry to listen to , then ....you guessed it she can't help so goes to find someone who when they turn up look like a work experience girl, leggings and a scruffy jumper who just sits there and shruggs their shoulders when you ask a question. WITHOUT A DOUBT the WORST organisation i have EVER had to deal with. They are supposed to be helping my 80 year old parents get a bungalow and ALL THEY do it put obstacles in the way. This is what happens when an organisation has no competition they just don't care what you think....and don't care how bad their lack of service is because ...what you going to do there is nobody else you can use.....DISGUSTING way to treat people who are venerable and in need of help! They show a TOTAL lack of Empathy or understanding of the People they are there to Serve. They have an opinion that they are better than you and you are just a pain to them. If there was ANY OTHER AVENUE to use i Would. I detest having to deal with this TOTALLY UNFIT FOR PURPOSE organisation.

Welcome to Beyond a joke housing, where the rent is sky high, you have to wait up to 2 months for routine repairs and the landlord putting scumbags in their homes up here, without doing background checks. You will also get antisocial behaviour in their crime plagued estates and they won't do anything about it.
