I started going to Neraf drop-in as someone in recovery from alcohol addiction. This was after I’d been sober for about 8 months. I really enjoy ☺️ the coffee, chat and bacon butties! The volunteers and staff are very friendly and supportive, giving one-to-one support, help with advice on housing and benefits, as well as advocating on client’s behalf. I’m now volunteering and thoroughly enjoying it.

Never met a more dedicated team of staff and volunteers that just want to make a difference. Such a friendly and relaxed environment. Tuesday drop in group offers such a unique opportunity to meet people that understand. Amazing place

This organisation needs more credit for there hard work! I use to be a volunteer and then employed by this services. Always so warm and welcome and personal centered with clients. Always want the best for them and offer a wide range of services. Absolutely amazing

I’ve been going for months now and as hard as it was in the beginning it’s always somewhere I look forward to going. Everyone is so understanding and there to give you the suppport, even if it’s just a chat! I don’t think I’d still be here without them

From the first time I walked in over 2 and a half years ago I was made to feel welcome and put at ease by the amazing people who were there since then I've used this service and overcome addiction been clean for 27 months and 5 days and still even though the staff and volunteers have changed their approach is exactly the same welcoming, kind and friendly I hope this is always the case because NERAF are a big reason I have a better cleaner happier life thank you 😊
