Called at the unit today with 2 large bags of good quality clothes and was told very abruptly we don't want anything we have enough this will be the last time I bother with them

This is one of the best charity shops because of the size and quality of their things. The service is also very good, faultless customer service of which I've observed no dramas within. It's a nice atmosphere and I like an occasional walk around. They also do deliveries which is convenient

Dropped off so much stuff today and the woman there was so rude. Moaned about having to open the door and rolled her eyes at her colleague thinking we weren't looking just because she couldn't be bothered to help us. It may be a nice charity shop as a customer but you'd think with such a big donation they'd atleast be polite. Didn't get a thank you for donating 18 bags worth of stuff. Toys. Clothes. Books. Electrical. Collectibles, home stuff etc. Just a sigh and then ignorance. Manners cost nothing.
