Very helpful lady assisted me (Katy I think).

I originally visited on Saturday 9th but the tills went down and everyone had to leave the store. Went back on Sunday 10th and completed my order. Quite substantial as am furnishing a flat so also booked delivery.

Cant't fault the store, except that the fridge I wanted had been sold, but they have a quick turn around and providing I see one by the day before my delivery, they will add it onto my order.

Will definitely be back for more.

I got the nice dinning and kitchen chairs from this place at an amazing price and perfect condition. Kristy was helping out for my first purchase. I am so pleased with the price and quality of the items.

The shop has something for everyone. It is a big shop with two 3 floors. Lots to see.and reasonable prices for location. Good access for all. Top floor is a stairs.
Room to move about without too many obstacles. So few like this now exist. It is good to see before buying.

I'm very sorry to have bothered the staff in BHF today. They clearly did not want me in their shop as a customer, so I duly put my chosen items back and left. I attempted to wait patiently to be served by someone who picked up the phone as soon as I walked up, I was directed by a very rude person who may or may not have been working (nothing identifying her as staff) to a non-existent till, to be knocked down the ramp by a vacant girl pushing a trolly full of crockery.

If the staff don't wish to serve customers, perhaps they should lock the doors so they cannot get in. Not sure how the charity will raise any money though.

We had an order for a certain day. On that day, neither I nor my mother was informed that the map in the delivery had been changed and that our package wont be delivered. We specifically asked for delivery on this day because my mother moved to a new place and needed a bed as soon as possible. Since they didn't let us know that the delivery had changed, they refused to help my mother in any way. My mother had to contact them personally so she would know about a new day of delivery. I am very disappointed.

Never had any issues before in this shop. Items always well presented and reasonable, and usually staff have been helpful and friendly but today Natalie was rude and quite unhelpful which made me very anxious to enquire about any other items again. This could’ve been quite a big sale for the shop which is really a shame.

I have just moved into a new flat so decided to go grab some things from this store. Had such a great experience because of the lovely Helen who works here. She was incredibly helpful in helping finding items and hunting for the best bargains. Thanks so much Helen !! x

Do not trust them, they let me down on two separate occasions causing me a lot of inconvenience at short notice.

Edit : the van drivers were really nice, so I've gone to two stars.
