We find broadacres to be very helpful. We have been one of their tenants for 3 years now and have never had any problems, jobs always get done when they say and trades people are always polite and friendly and always clean up after a job has been done.

Iam not even gunna give them a gud review I've been fighting to get bk to easingwold iam getting mo where but they ate giving properties out to people that a from a foren country as of middlesbrough Leeds and I feel I've been fobbed off my mental health has gone down hill rapidly I've tried taking my own life 3 times coz I just can't take anymore!!where I live is full of drugs I've had problems with people knocking on my windows early hours they still don't care so iam not giving a 1 star 😢 had enough wat it is broadacers are giving them others priority coz if they don't they are scared because of the racist act,they don't care its gone right down the pan 😢 I've no more fight left in me

Nothing gets fixed properly seems i keep having call for the same jobs over and over again.
The heatpump system has never worked properly since it was put in a complete shambles with high bills no compansation or apology or sorted still 3 year on
kitchens .bathrooms are cheap and nasty poorly designed .infact all materials are cheap as chips that they use
The garden has a a gradual slope wrecking my 2000 pound shed also .can not wait to move looking for a swap at present time .
for a home choice landlord as they have always been good

Wouldn't even rate them 1 star rang yesterday for a engineer to come out and fix my boiler I have had no central heating and no hot water I have a baby under 1 and I am pregnant I have had to come away from my own home because it is far to cold to stay there rang them back today and there now saying nothing they can do till tomorrow ABSOLUTE JOKE

Communication appalling they lie they take your UC even when you your in credit and only in arrears for a mth cos of the UC change over took too much struggling to get them to give me money back . I've had rats for over 18mths coming up 2yrs and they still keep telling no evidence of rat except the picture of a rat on my radiator and the rats nest and another 170ish pictures I've had to buy ferrets to keep myself safe cos housing said it was a solo rat and it's immune to rat poison cos it keeps eating it . Avoid at all cost get a house somewhere else cos it will be a waste of time redecorating infact don't put money into your home

This company is going down the pan. Hiring people who put music on in your house without asking. Hiring rude staff that say your rent hasn't gone through and it has. Won't replace a damaged door or windows but I don't even have a fire which lots of tenants have. They take money but don't fix things

Not respectfully to tenants and their needs, not comply with respect to racists and other negative behaviour from neighbours next door.
Telling me that my best idea is to move out, saying during inspection thats fine - then send a letter with issues, does anyone there know what they do? Never had so bad landlord like this. Threatening tenants repossession if we don’t do all what they want immediately - disgusting when having disabled tenants… not even respect when someone at home stay after surgery in bed and can not have visitors for a few weeks after. Definitely thinking about leaving them as soon as possible.
