Really nicely arranged inside, and not typical of a charity shop in how things are presented. Move this shop to London, display 1/3 of the items, call it boutique, and then charge 5 times the price. Until then, grab a bargain and support a charity shop.

Lovely charity store in Northampton, my favourite one in terms of clothing! Whenever I go there, there's always fresh stock and some lovely, absolutely stunning finds. The pricing is great also, and definitely worth the £ as it's for charity.

The clothing is organised well into different departments; there's a retro section, men's, ladies, footwear, etc., there's more than that. Plus, there's an all-items-£1 section near the back! I got a coat from the £1 section a few weeks back, the only defect is that one of the pocket needs stitching at one of the sides.

The staff are friendly and welcoming. I am always grateful that they fold up the clothing well and deliver service with a smile.

A lovely selection of feel-good music plays in the store. Sometimes people sing along to it, the atmosphere is lovely.

As someone who’s recently started living more consciously, this is my favourite thrift shop! The staff are so kind, especially the young south Asian guy. The shop smells clean, and is organised by colour which makes it easier to shop! I’ve found great bargains for quality pieces.

I usually love shopping here and have found lots of nice things over the years. However recently the whole shop smells overpoweringly of strong cigarette smoke, so much so that I can’t stand to be in there for longer than five minutes. It has also totally saturated the clothes - the two things that I bought needed to be washed THREE times before I could wear them, which is a waste of water and incredibly inconvenient. Overall a wholly unpleasant experience and unfortunately I will not be shopping there in the future, which is such a pity as it has previously been one of my favourite places to look for clothes in Northampton.

PLEASE reduce your fashion carbon footprint and waste by shopping second-hand! Why? This PLACE has THE BEST sales section, and is overall very well organised. Plus, you cannot beat a place with good vibes....it matters! In addition to its stellar merchandise and charitable mission, Dapp Charity Shop in Northampton stands out for its dedication to environmental sustainability. The shop encourages recycling and upcycling by offering a range of pre-loved items, promoting eco-conscious shopping habits in the community.

Shop has some nice clothes, and I'd love to have looked around, but unfortunately the music was so unnecessarily loud that I couldn't hear myself think, nor hear the person I was with. If you struggle with audio processing, or are generally sensitive to extremely loud noises, stay far from this shop. The music is louder than any gig or event I have ever attended. Steer clear unless you have noise cancelling headphones or earplugs.

One of my favourite charity shops in all of Northampton. I try to visit at least once a week and have had my fair share of bargains from this store. The staff are helpful and the layout is well thought out. Pop in for a bargain that can also help make a difference.

Absolutely disgusted my husband came down to get a pair of boots he saw in the window and the lady refused to sell them to him as there was no price? She was very very rude,awful customer service. She said come back in the morning but yet she wouldn't even check the size for him too see if it's worth coming back for tommorow. I will be making a formal complaint.
