Down to earth people 100%
Help anyone who goes on there.

But if you have never been to the Council estate, you may find this roof
Scary place to be on a night time.

Attended a small ceremony here, right at the heart of Norton which is kind of Stockton-on-Tees area. The place is great for about 50 people, although I don't think they have that many seats but there's great ktichen and bathroom area. No activity that I can point out saw maybe due to been a weekend. Anyway, enjoy!
