Been here several times for a community meal. No money is exchanged here as the raw ingredients are surplus that is diverted from landfill. The volunteers who run the kitchen are very friendly and sociable. It is great place to connect with folks who live close by and to also have someone else do the washing up. The meals are three courses are the portion sizes are appropriate. Everything is meat free although sometimes dairy is an ingredient in the meals but of course one of the great things about having a mouth is that one can open it and ask the kitchen staff.
