Wasted petrol driving there yesterday to donate items for sale, but the lady on duty refused to accept as she 'had a lot to sort out'. She suggested she may be able to accept it later that day. Did she expect me to waste more time and petrol?
I will take it to another animal charity shop that will be happy to accept the items.

They are very welcoming and friendly, I don't know why it is said they don't accept pc games as they do and I buy them from there as they have so many things I suggest you ask if you want anything not on show. The items are changed every two weeks, if they last that long. I have always found them to have really goo quality items at great prices. They also have a Facebook site.

Walked up to this charity shop to confirm they were accepting donations. One of the ladies confirmed they were. One hour later, drive up with 2 bags of items for them to be told "we are full, we cant accept anymore". When told about my earlier visit the lady just gave me a blank stare and said sorry. Not good enough Blue Cross! One star given as it wouldn't take 0.

I have been for some shopping when I was around the area. They have allot there including furniture however I have noticed that they do not accept PC games for sale anymore so if you have any better take them to CeX or somewhere else at least then they may find a new home.

Due to how much stuff there is, a bit more room maybe a great idea or maybe sending furniture to another branch with more room as they certainly need it for the rest of stuff here.

Do not go here. So ungrateful of donations!

Visited here to drop off several boxes of donations. The man with glasses was so rude and ungrateful that we will shall never visit or donate here again. He was moaning about how many donations someone had just dropped off and how many we had brought in! He moaned about how long it would take to sort through all the shop's donations and that we should try it!!

People kindly drop off donations here to help charity and this is the ungrateful response we get! Disgraceful!

Donate your items to Aid International Trust in Hednesford instead where they are always so friendly and thankful of any donations 😊.
