Good small facility for small size seminar or party plus some classes. Meantime, this facility can be booked for summer get together for 50 people or so as it can offer the outdoor ground for summer bbq or other activities such as picnic etc. This facility also has ample car park spaces for first come first serve basis. However just out of the facilty there is free parking on the road. Thank you.

Good place to have a birthday party.
It has a small and larger hall to the left and right of the entrance with a kitchen behind.
The grounds are a reasonable size with a railway track around the perimeter. It can be hired as well for something different. The one I attended did so with a bouncy castle and a BBQ as well.

No one answers your calls or messages - Really wanted to book my daughters birthday party at this venue because of the size. The lady had booked it provisionally though when it came to arranging a visit no one got back to me same really. Whoever manages the booking really needs to up their game.

Good place. Had Diwali party there & it was fun. Place is good but old. Require some upgrades but good enough for personal events if you are on low budget.

The worst customer service experience I have ever had. Called the number 4 times before getting an answer, someone named Rico answered. I said I was trying to book the hall for an event next May and he said 2020 was too far ahead to book. I said when would be okay to check availability for that date and he suggested December. Then I asked what the capacity and rate of hire was, he said he's had a stressful day and will call me back on Wednesday as he's going home now. I asked him to please call at 10:30am on Wednesday so we can make sure I don't have any meetings and he replied "i'm not being funny but I start work at 10:30am so I won't be calling you as soon as i get in the door". I said ok, can i at least have the hire price for a whole day and he replied "it's £400 but i told you we need to talk on Wednesday".. sooo rude. The entire call wasn't longer than 3 minutes and I won't bother bringing my business to them after that horrible experience.

The Northolt Village Community Centre is situated in a pretty part of Ealing Borough. The unique thing is the miniature railway that runs around the grounds. Passengers are carried on the third Sunday of the month 2pm to 5pm for a small fee. There are picnic tables for your use and you watch the steam running round.

Just phoned up to obtain general information in relation to an impending funeral the manager there was extremely rude and condescending. No empathy to the fact that as it is lockdown and COVID only general info can be awarded at this time wanted information from me that I was unable to provide told me I was being unreasonable and contradicting what he is telling ,e refused to give me the chairman’s name so that I may take it further. This. Man is clearly not fit to work in a customer service setting and should be removed from his post
He stated he is not answerable to anyone
One star doesn’t reflect how he has left me, a grieving relative feeling. I strongly suggest this venue is blacklisted whilst he remains in post
