Ghosted me and then claimed they'd sent me out a link and I'd not turned up but didn't send any proof that had happened. Back on a waiting list again, I give up.

So ..I have spoken to the receptionist a number of times . Lovely person ( trying to help) I have missed the call a number of times now because I'm not stuck to my phone 24/7 . Some people need to go to the toilet and cook. If anyone actually knows about sexual abuse and depression maybe they would know that. So yeah...I was in the list ages ago and then missed an email so they took me off said list even though I'd be waiting over a year. Another thing about depression....lack of concentration. Believe me...to get that help was very important to me but it seems like I'm chasing them all the time. Last time I received the call I was in public so I couldn't speak . Told the lovely receptionist ( who seems like she the only one who gives a ...) That I would be free at a certain time ( massive time windows) still....no call. If you're looking for help... Maybe this isn't the place to call. Take care folks x

Where do i start. From the moment i contacted rasa i had nothing but a positive experience. The receptionists where always so welcoming never made you feel uneasy. Most of all i have to thank jamie from the bottom of my heart. She is the purest of souls and literally the best therapist i have ever had (ive had a fair few) it never felt like she was reading from a script. Everything we did was personal to my needs and beliefs.
Rasa is an outstanding service i would recommend to everyone

When I first started therapy sessions here I wasn't very optimistic about what I would gain from it. How wrong was I. I would strongly recommend that you use this service. Only if you feel 100% ready and commit to the service. The staff are very friendly and professional.
The first step through the door is a massive achievement you have done, (well done)

I was referred for counselling for historical abuse
and I found this service to be absolutely wonderful.

Unfortunately I am told my counsellor Vicky is no longer
with RASA Merseyside and I wish to thank her from the
depths of my heart for her work with me throughout all
of the sessions which I attended and for all her support.

Having referred again for further counselling I have every
trust in you all and wish I could financially adopt the charity.

Fantastic work Vicky excellent services RASA Merseyside.

The main reason I'm giving this company 3 stars is because the therapist I worked with was incredible, she helped me more ways than she'll ever know.
I would have gave 5 stars only I had to deal with a woman called Olivia, Olivia was initially neglectful of my needs, made me feel more alone than i already felt, at a point in my life where I felt most vulnerable and depressed, she let me know. I then put forward a minor complaint. Once I the complaint went through, Olivia decided to call me, she spoke for 8 solid minutes, telling me to be quiet as she "needed to speak" for those 8 minutes Olivia did nothing but defend herself with an obnoxious tone, quoting my words from my complaint, speaking down to me and belitting me (knowing what had happened to be only weeks before) i let Olivia speak for the whole 8 minutes then asked if it was my turn, because she was trying to end the conversation there, I processed to tell Olivia how shed made me feel, how inappropriate she has been on this phone call and I reminded her of her job role. Olivia has zero sympathy and told me to just go make a formal complaint (which i was already doing becuase of the beginning of the call) after my call with Olivia I had a huge panic attack and went into hysterics, crying, had to have an emergency call with my GP and I wont even mention the thoughts i was having. Im now in a better place thanks to my wonderful therapist jamie and her beautiful soul. I was never given an apology from Olivia and i hope she's found a career somewhere else more suited to her personality.

Absolutely brilliant agency. Takes a while to get seen, but well worth the wait. Staff have excellent training too. Very impressed
