A company that promises everything and provides very little. Support wasn't consistent or personalized in any way, no-one cared, and then they didn't respond to any communication. One of the managers thought it was appropriate to go on harassment campaign against a service user, hence I left.

This company is a complete disgrace. The staff consistently bully their service users. I innocently looked around one of their children's homes at 29 Chambres road Southport 10 years ago and was promised the world. As soon as I arrived they bullied and patronized me, beat me up when I questioned them and took all my possessions off me, telling me I didn't own anything and human rights don't apply to people living in care.

After 2 years I was moved into adult services (Kaleidoscope) which was even worse! I recall the bath falling apart, cockroaches and dirt everywhere and the staff never turning up. But when they did turn up they told me where I was going and what I was doing and told me if I didn't do as they said there would be consequences. I couldn't even run away as they would simply restrain me and beat me until I was weak. When I tried to call the police the phone turned itself off.

These people are criminal masterminds. I can imagine each and every one of them robbing banks, murdering people and smuggling drugs into the country. I wish someone would help me, but I don't think anyone cares. They have killed my hope and replaced it with fear.

And worst of all they have the cheek to call themselves "Autism initiatives" and refer to their staff as "Carers". Autism uninitiatives would be a much more fitting name. I can only imagine what goes on in head office and it makes me sick. Treating the disabled like this. Hope Karma gets it's way.

Terrible company to live with half the time staff do not turn up then I end up left without support. Bad company do not place your su here they are awful they have bullies working within the organization and say a verbal SU is more able all cos they talk and cook and make a cup of tea. I have other needs which are nowhere near met by this so called charity.

What Mrs Thunderjaws said is absolutely true, I have had the same issue with them in relation to them thinking because you have high functioning Autism then they think you just need "prompting', when it turned out later I have Myalgic Encephalomyelitis, so I am going to need much more physical help with tasks.

I had to leave supported living due to this and the fact that they would not inform me how they could help me to sustain employment so therefore I could not move forwards with my life when they promised me they would help me with this before I moved there.

I had a lot of meetings with the Safeguarding Team within Lancashire County Council to try and sort out the issues but I did not get anywhere.

They made my life a misery so I had to leave under duress and not long after leaving I became homeless.

The staff are bullies as well and they all collude with one another, they have a lot of staff who are all related as well.
