Absolutely amazing experience. Bought the overnight lodge experience for my mum and me as a Christmas gift. We stayed in Leopard Lodge and it was immaculate, cosy and welcoming. We were greeted in the car park by Jackie who was so friendly and sweet. The afternoon tea was amazing and then we went on the first part of our tour. Maddy was our tour guide and she was exceptional! She knew so much and was really knowledgeable. You could tell she loved her job and was brilliant with our questions and the hand feeding experiences with the cats. Because it’s not generally open to the public, there was a lovely and relaxed atmosphere and it was so peaceful. The meal in the evening was lovely and we got to fall asleep listening to the lions roaring. Breakfast the next day was great and the second half of our tour was as amazing as the first. We have wanted to visit for 5/6 years so to be able to finally come was a dream come true. Thank you so much to all of the team, you are all wonderful and doing great things for conservation. We can’t wait to come back! I appreciate it isn’t cheap but it is honestly worth every penny - you are contributing to valuable conservation funds and when you add up everything you get for the experience it is great value.

This is my happy place. I would say to anyone definitely visit! The cats are beautiful and the staff are amazing. Also, because of the great work that they do for the cats and conservation, I would consider becoming a member. Love BCS.

I brought my mum here for afternoon tea. It was amazing the lion was right in front of us luckily! All staff were lovely and accommodating. We even got to walk around after looking at all the other big cats. We both loved it! Would definitely be returning and recommending to everyone!

I treated my husband for his 50th Birthday to a big cat experience with me as a extra. From the time we arrived to the time we left, we had the most amazing afternoon ever. The staff are fantastic and friendly. They are so devoted to the care and conservation of all the beautiful cats. Maddie, our guide, spent time talking about all the cats and answered all our questions. She was fantastic. We also got to feed two cats each of our choice which is an experience we will never forget. We were allowed to take as many photos/videos as we wanted.

I brought Big Cat Encounter tickets for the other half as a birthday gift, and we had a fantastic time!

It really is a sanctuary for the animals, and not generally open to the public. We were guided round by Aly and Emily who were excellent, and provided so much information about the big cats. The animals were very well cared for, and the enclosures well maintained.

Hand feeding the animals was carefully managed, for both our safety and the animals' well being.

We had a lovely time, and this is highly recommended

We had an amazing experience and booked a big cat encounter. The tour was very detailed, and we really got to learn more about the cats, setup, training, and development of the site. Emily was a brilliant guide and very patient with us.

Highly recommend the big cat encounter!

We've also previously stayed at one of the lodges too and that's another very special experience.

Can't wait to come back.

We did an overnight stay in the Puma lodge. It was amazing the whole stay was fantastic. The lodge was amazing well equipped for an overnight stay, very comfortable. The food was brilliant, well worth the cost.
The tour round the park with the keepers is amazing with lots of information about the cats and a chance to feed a couple too.
If you love cats, you will love this. The fact that numbers are limited is great as there is no queuing to see anything everyone will be able to see the cats.
