I was a former client of improving lives, and they are not what thay claim to be. I was not supported, when I confided that I was being abused. The CEO Victoris Burrows, disregarded my claims, and was extremely rude and dismissive of me. And the support worker, simply to me to let go, and tried to deter me, from reporting my abusers.
A terrible organisation, who let me down, at my time of need, support and understanding.
