I've read reviews about the food not being correct. People are forgetting that the selection isn't always down to them. It's what is available. They will not know about you allergies, dietary requirements or other health issues. It's mainly based on voluntarily staff who really dedicate themselves to doing good. This is free food. The shop is amazing and has recently been revamped and stocked. What goes in the shop is not their choice, but they certainly do their best. Any one struggling can go there.

the people who work there are amazing. they do not treat others as inferior. I was a bit ashamed to go there because I had never been in such a bad situation as now and I preferred to help others myself. I have never used others because I believed that there are people in worse situations and they deserve help. but such a fate also met me. but the people who greet you there with a huge smile made me feel better. If there were more people in this world with such huge hearts and devotion to others, the world would be better. huge applause from Himmah for what you are doing.

I have never felt that much humiliation as visiting this shop. I ordered online and turned up to collect my order just to find out that my order is not ready. The guy with curly hair offers to have a walk and shop again. He explains me 6times over and over the same thing that I am not allowed to take more than 3things of the same product. (Even though I was allowed online) half of products you can't find what I ordered) he offered me to take what I can't even eat like fizzy drinks, Cereals or pork. I can't eat certain things for health issues. That is very unprofessional to stand and explain my situation, circumstances and personal health issues. You can keep my £14. I had enough. Very unprofessional services.

The staffs is good but they don’t follow instructions they are not suppose to give a diabetic person a bag of full sweet 8 chocolate sweet crunchy nut ,Turkish sweet only 1 pasta and 1 small pk rice in the bag the rest is sweet,I told them so many times don’t give me sweet thing I don’t even know how to explain them

Himmah food bank Nottingham is not good at all they don’t have Tea coffee bread milk cornflakes No breakfast at all ; they just give you 10 Tins in a box ; 1 Pk rice 1 spaghetti and some sweets

I was expecting a food parcel and they delivered it to the wrong address 6 days without food I think it is disgusting
