Incredibly long waiting time and the “fresh” fruit is 3 days expired already fermenting, not consumable and the other products are well off when you check the expiry date. Thanks god I don’t live there anymore.

I wanted to say massive thank you for yesterday. The lady who served me was so incredibly kind and generous, and even gave some extra things I wouldn't dare to ask for. We normally go there from times to times in winter time when bills become harder to cover; mainly for some vegetables, and all people working here are so nice and polite; incredibly kind and patient. Some users take this service for granted and think they are entitled to get something; we are actually not entitled to anything. We are greatful and appreciative for whatever we are offered. Thank you for that. As said, if you need any extra hands to help you on Tuesday or Sunday, or some fundraising activity to be done for you, I am happy to move around my schedule to help you as much as I can. Thank you for your generosity and being there in times that are not very easy for us.

P.S. the name of the kind lady is Rohanna (apologies if I misspelled); I popped in yesterday around the closing time as I was nearby, just to see if I may get few carrots; didn't ask much, but the lady generously put me 2 full bags of food of her choice, crazy... didn't expect that much, was quite hard to carry all home!! Thank you very much, x ?

I really like Gratitude. The products are really tasty and expensive. I am glad that donators bring not the cheapest products and not expired, as in other food banks. Many people working there are very friendly.
But among the staff who give out products there are gloomy and rude. I am happy when another person serves me.

Actually my first time going to get some food bits and I did feel really embarrassed I felt emotional in the que aswell had some tears before got to the front an this lovely gentleman came and gave me a leaflet I gave some women's clothes for donations this man was lovely I felt more comfortable. At times like this these people are here to help they take their time out of their days to help others and that's a blessing. Thank you so much I really appreciate your help. I would also like to help if I can I won't mind volunteering to help you all out if I can please contact me. Kind regards Charlene.

The organisation helps very much! They do help people who hardly can meet the ends together. Donation is volunteering. John is always here to help and support everyone with a smile and a friendly joke! Thank you, Gratitude Team!
