I invited a friend of mine last week to the Gener8 group who is interested in joining the Gener8 and L8s group, as he likes the sound of both of these groups after I told him about all the activities that happen at both of these groups, but he was sadly shown the boot out of Gener8 by the manager when he turned up just because he hasn't done the paperwork and was told that he cannot attend the group until he has done the paperwork, but when it was my first time turning up to Gener8 I was never turned away since a member of staff fetched the paperwork for me at the time and went through it with me and completed it with me, so I'm confused to why my friend was turned away, i find this disrespectful and unfair as he is at the same level as me with his learning and understanding towards paperwork, he finds it hard to understand and complete paperwork without support just like I do, so it doesn't make any sense why he was not provided any paperwork at all and why he was kicked out, I find this unprofessional, Mencap has also blocked me on their Facebook page for no reason.
