What a mess, hospitals, nurses, hundreds of numbers put through to different people who say it's not them you need to speak to. How about allocating one person to do all the jobs ensuring it all gets done instead of 20 fools working from home who have no idea 😡

Where to start.. this new housing strategies are more confusing than not. 1 year plus to go straight back to the beginning of finding a excessable home with a wheelchair.. headache would be a understatement. Pass the buck one person to another.. exhaustec

Good luck to anyone who would need urgent help from adult social care. I have been trying to help a vulnerable family member.They have caused me & my family nothing but stress. Constantly having to ring for updates whilst going through a extremely emotional time felt neglected & no one takes you seriously they are dismissive, rude , racist & NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE you should be ashamed of yourselves!

Good luck keeping vulnerable people safe with this lot. Absolutely useless. Telford and Wrekin will always be a topic in the subject of child neglect/abuse and domestic abuse/violence.

Do not even deserve a star. I’d give them an infinite minus.

For 4 years I've had wonderful carers but I had 1 hrs notice fe that they were being stopped as I was getting some funding and it was too expensive,I paid majority of care I was then sent another agency that after 6 days I informed social worker we weren't getting along,so they were cancelled Friday I have had no care at all over the weekend and I need 3 visits a day due to chronic copd feels like they just haven't bothered x
