Medium size charity shop located on Market Square.

Alot of walking space in the shop.

Reasonable selection of mens and womens clothing for sale along with media, toys, bric n brac, vinyl LPs and games.

Not many customers on Friday afternoon.

Like all the Severn Hospice shops, very friendly and helpful staff. I always find what I'm looking for - currently wearing a great pair of trainers from this shop. Lots of good quality items. Most importantly, it's for a wonderful, worthwhile cause. X

Great charity shop, always something good on offer, all staff our very professional and nothing is too much trouble for them. I phoned to see if they had a glass chess set to buy and once they had checked throughout the store they said no but wellington had one. Instead of telling me to go to wellington,one of the staff drove down and picked it up for me. That's just going the extra mile. The manager and assistant manager is lovley and it just seems like all the staff are one big family. WELL DONE SEVERN HOSPICE OAKENGATES!!!!

Visited to drop off twenty books a friend had given me to read . She has suggested that I give the books to the Severn Hospice shop as she wanted to support that worthy cause. The shop was small and busy but the staff seemed unappreciative of the donation - told to take them into the back room. Put them on the floor - no effort from the two staff to say thank you!
