UNPROFESSIONAL, LIARS.

After attending my property to quote for a garage conversion I received a quote by email, which included a few items that were not required. When I replied with the changes, I was ignored for several weeks until I sent an email saying, simply, “are you ignoring me?” Surprise, surprise I received a response straight away full of excuses about how they had been away and busy, and sadly they were no longer able to take on my job as they were fully booked throughout 2025. This was in stark contrast to my original meeting to discuss works. They basically didn’t want to discount the price and chose radio silence and lies over honesty and transparency. If you book these guys in 2025, you’ll prove me right. But I wouldn’t recommend you use any company that thinks treating customer this way is acceptable.

What can you say about someone who changed your life and quality of living conditions within two months.

Prior to Shaun we had another contractor who spent six years doing what Shaun and his team did in two months. I feel Shaun took our project quite personal, as he could see that we had been taken advantage of and we had a young family. Whenever there was a problem, it was quickly resolved either at his own expense or employing more staff. Since we moved in, we never had a warm house or a real Christmas until Shaun. During the works we were never left in a house that was cold or dusty, note the works were done November to January. Majority of the work were undertaken while we lived there and extra precautions were taken for our daughters who have respiratory problems, every evening before the guys left the house it was left clean and dust free, their wives must be happy because I can’t achieve the same standard and it isn’t a construction site. The only downside to the whole project was spending three days with the mother-in-law, while the backroom was being concreted, but we can’t blame Shaun for that.

Shaun and his team come highly recommend by The Moore Family and will be using Osmium Property Services for all future works and projects.

We called in space creators to build an outdoor garden room for one of our project. These guys do exactly what they said they would.
