Always a pleasure to visit. Great rooms and cafe. Lovely friendly staff and a nice atmosphere if you want to eat your meal or meet a friend somewhere without intrusive music and noise.

A few of the staff here are exceptional. Sacha being one of these and the staff in the café are also friendly and efficient. There is a man (definitely not a gentleman) who opened up last Friday morning. He was rude, lazy and unfriendly and really did not have any idea how to speak to customers.
The decor is tired and the toilets have dozens of holes where one t roll holder is and others have been fitted previously. The cisterns are not fitted properly to the walls.
However, the café seems good value and café staff are great.

Nice little cafe tucked away at the side of the Southwater development, has been there for years, previously known as Carol's Cafe. Not a posh place but serves up some excellent food. Was busy when I was in there on a Saturday afternoon which speaks volumes. Does a nice mug of tea too.

Very good facilities and Excellent staff. Our students and tutors feel welcomed every week. Rooms hiring prices have gone up. Getting difficult to hire for small groups.
