When I first arrived at Amber I was at the lowest point a man could be. Amber didn't just save my life, it gave it meaning and helped me find an identity within myself. The staff were always considerate, compassionate and understanding. With the guidance and support I revived from my time there I now have a successful career with many different options before me, a functional social life and an ever expanding support structure to ensure I never revert back to my old self. I will never stop being grateful for Amber or their amazing staff for what they helped me to achieve.

When I arrived at Amber, I was battling addiction and had low confidence. I am now more than comfortable in my own skin, I am sober, and I have an all round great network of support. I successfully moved on in to my

I cannot thank The Amber Foundation enough. From the time we went with our son for a look around to the first day we dropped him off it has changed all of our lives. My son has embraced what is on offer at Amber and realises why he has to be there. For us it is the peace of mind knowing that he is safe and secure with a roof over his head and regular food whilst attending the program on a daily basis and also being taken on trips and activities. I’m sure my son will agree that it’s hasn’t been all easy adapting to a new life but all the staff at Farm Place have certainly helped him. We are so grateful that we found out about The Amber Foundation and the great things they do to help young people who are struggling with their lives.

I have been working at Amber as a freelance musician / music producer, and I have seen first hand the transformative effect that the staff and the programme of work has had on residents there. Being in an isolated place surrounded by beautiful countryside, makes this such a special place, giving young adults at challenging times in their lives a real chance to reflect and make the changes they need to progress and break the cycle.

Hello to all who are considering to move to the amber foundation this is an amazing service. When I moved to surrey centre I was coming from hell and I wanted to get off drugs and get my life back on track. I knew what the rodeo was about. However staff heled me a lot and if you communicate with them about your issues that you have got going on then they will understand and give you advice. I was able to get into university and staff could see how far I had come from the start. They helped me a lot and they move heaven and earth to see you succeed. If you dont understand anything in the program then ask to break it down. This place will get your life back and see a better you that you never saw. Thank you to all staff at this place

When I moved into the Amber foundation my life was a wreck I was struggling mentally and had addiction issues I’m am now writing this 18 months sober due to the staff taking me to places where recovery meetings were happening they also taught me to have routine and structure which has helped me be a better person and parent.
My whole life I haven’t really liked myself but now I do and Amber played a big part of that I will forever be Grateful to Amber and the staff for what I have taken away the good memories some friendships and a new understanding of myself I owe a lot to Amber from the activities or the day to day stuff would highly recommend to any young person struggling to find themselves and not having a place to call home you can find it at amber
