I have pests in my loft as I can hear them at night running around, so looked at website and guess what they don't get rid of them so what do you pay rent for? If its rats or mice they might chew wires and set house on fire and kill me but it won't be their fault

Waste of time all of them,it's true what people say only interested when they want your rent money,I needed a repair to a kitchen tap and they wouldn't send an engineer out until I cleared my arrears of £3.58 so the operator I spoke to rudly suggested I went to a local paypoint and pay the outstanding balance before I could have it fixed,I've now got a broken fence , reported it on the 21st of May and still waiting now ,endless phone calls to be told it's Currently with a contractor, rang again this morning to be told this again , Ipay £500 rent every month too so what do they actually spend your money on !!

We had problems with their overgrown trees since 2022. Anyway 2023 it caused damage to our gutter and blockage. We have to pay for it to be fixed ad cleaned. They told us they are booked to cut the tree on 16th of Nov, we haven't heard anything. Leaves are falling, gutter will be clogged again and cause damage on our property. A call handler named Katie said we can cut it ourselves! It's very high up, she can start using the ladder herself I'll she wants! If my husband falls and unable to work or die would they pay compensation? What a joke of a company! What a waste of tax! We have been patient enough on this.

To simply put it the Wrekin housing group only want to know you when you owe them money(which I don’t). They don’t care about tenancy agreements nor enforcing them when other tenants clearly don’t follow it. As long as you pay them do what you want to the property.

Just had my hot water boiler sorted out, the pressure had dropped so there was no hot water, I called the repair line and the tradesman was out and had it fixed all within 2 hours of making the call, now that’s what I call a job well done. Cheers guys.

A little unorganized. Went with a client to pick up her house keys and we had to wait around forever as they were unable to find them despite being told on the phone that the keys were definitely there. Not something you'd want to hear after driving for hours to get your house keys.
Not a bad company at all just bad communication among staff.
