My uncle has been resident for more than a year. He is very happy with the accommodation and care. Despite being mostly in his room due to his immobility he is comfortable and contented. Being in the middle of town means that his friends can drop in when they want. On those occasions when his health has deteriorated the staff have been very prompt in summoning appropriate medical support
Update 22nd Sept 2020. My uncle has recently passed. The care he received throughout his time at Kent House has been excellent. As a family we are very happy that he chose to spend his final years there.

Also telling night staff that they dont get a break when they work 10 hour shifts this manager doesnt know employment law. If you put your relative in this home they could be looked after by just 2 carers at night no qualified nurse and those carers may be new starters that havent had first aid training or manual handling training very unsafe
