When I first attended the purfleet Trust, I was feeling apprehensive nervous and if I'm honest really scared of what to expect.
The first day was a challenge for my own mentality, I got there alone, I was feeling exceptionally nervous etc, in all honesty by the time I'd left which was a good few hours, I honestly felt happier and more hopeful of my life than I would ever of anticipated. I went back the second day, still a little uncomfortable due to my own issues. Everyone that I met or had long or short conversation with made me feel like a real person again. I'm not usually a unconfident or untrusting person, life over the past few months has been very difficult and because I am not great at asking for help, it would say it's not been easy and I had become isolated.
Since just the few hours I've spent here, I honestly think it has given me hope and knowing that there are people that you can talk too, about issues etc, or just have a joke and forget the struggles we are having.also everyone I found unjudgemental and some even made my problems seem minor compared to their own life experiences.
Anyone that feels they don't have the hope courage or anything to empower the situation or circumstances they are in, or are feeling scared lonely for whatever reason, please just try it, u can attend and leave at your own preference. I honestly think that it will help.

Great place for help with all life issues, with great support staff, no problem is to big for them and if they can't help they always know someone who can, hot and cold meals and beverages available from cafe all at an affordable price, daily events and activities also opportunities to access training programs, help with housing and benefits problems and help and support for those suffering from homelessness and mental health problems a much needed place who's importance to kings Lynn for people in need is greatly undervalued the work they do is second to none
