Was asighnd a person to work with Charlotte she worked with me once and told me she was moveing to a new employer Action together didn’t hear from her for a while At this time I was under ptsd therapy I had mention to the therpist about how I had not heard back from Charlotte after a week pased she had informed the therapist that she was no longer worker with me and that I was dis charged from the service she had not told me and I had been waiting a while for her to be in touch every time I tried to get in touch she she was off work are waiting fir a reply of her manger to assist with what I needed help with I don’t feel this services is of any use and not letting g people know that you have discharged them from your servises is very professional so that’s why I am ginging 1 star
