Staff took my personal belonging, and did something with it, I don't know what, but they keep promising to follow it up. It's been over a month and I've not heard anything about them finding it. It costed over £100 and they haven't payed me any sort of compensation either. It's put me off from going as they're stealing personal belongings and giving it to strangers for whatever reason.

The children have had a great time this weekend. The girls got to go saturday club aslo, now they are doing 8 to 18 year old girls club

Very nice place, parking outside is limited, however there's a massive car park (pay and display) at the rear (free on a Sunday) which is 2-3 minutes walking distance.
Facilities are very good with lots of different activities available. There's a small canteen with pool tables and exercise machines. Staff are well trained and friendly. Highly recommended.

Extremely impressed as a parent, the Kids wont stop talking about how great it is! Staff seems fun and the place feels very safe. The locked door is reassuring and a world away from any other teen zones. Well done guys!

This place is so diverse. The kids and adult attendees always appesr happy, with good reason.
The staff are friendly professionals who always go above and beyond. They work really hard to keep this a special environment with fun activities, social interaction and safety is slways the top priority.
