Staff are rude and ignorant! Old lady that’s hard of hearing was pressing for help and they kept ignoring her and talking ! When i finally TOLD them to help they reluctantly came out of their little plastic box to help and was rude about it. Disgraceful.

Easy to get into and out of when in a hurry, always seem to have what I need but a tad expensive on some things, particularly branded items, it’s better to buy own brand or if on special offer /multibuy/ from their short life reductions section, which is excellent. High welfare meats, sustainable and fair trade options. Great club card redemptions. Clean shop always well stocked. Loads of Self serve checkouts no long queue.
Staff are always helpful and look happy, even though they put up with a lot of rowdiness from some of the customers!

My order was cancelled today by a member of staff. When I called to query why my delivery had been cancelled he advised that the fresh barista oat milk I ordered was out of stock. so took it upon himself to cancel my order as he didn’t want to substitute it for me. On the call I pointed out that he could have easily substituted the milk for the long life barista oat milk they have of the same brand and he said “yeah my bad., you can re order though”. My delivery was scheduled for 2-4 today i am unable to replace the order for delivery for today at the same time. I asked if he could just re do the order manually and he refused. Really rubbish service and really inconvenient for me. I am in the midst of moving house and have enough to be dealing with without someone’s laziness/ incompetence adding to my list.

A well-stocked store, with a good range of products and a Costa Express machine for hot drinks.

I've been here a few times and it's normally fairly quiet and I've never had to wait to pay. Likely because of the fact they have a number of self-service checkouts which help to make paying quick and efficient.

The aisles are wide which really helps to make the store feel spacious. However, prices are fairly high (Waitrose level), although this is true of all co-op stores.

Overall, a good store and I'd recommend.

I can't praise the staff here enough they are SO helpful & friendly but professional too. They always help me when I've needed it the most, almost like they know in advance!!
When I first moved here & broke my ankle,they were such a help.
The manager should be proud of them.

I just finished work and I went to coop to buy some bread and gin, at the till an old lady asked me for id, as I give it to her she told me it was fake and that the girl from the photos is brunette (the photo is black and white) and doesn’t have glasses.
After this she decided to tell me not to eat the doughnuts that I bought all at once. What if that was my 13th reason ? 😭😅

Staff are always friendly and happy to help but I have been shopping a couple of times this month on a Sunday. Oh dear the young man serving me was unfriendly and didn't want to be there and needed to speak up. Why don't the total price come up on the screen as well?
