I have been a Yale tenant for a few years now and struggled massively with my mental health due to there being no consistancy in my life. after several housing officer Vicky came along and helped me from day one, I felt like I could trust her and she didn’t judge me. she is consistent and visited me every week and was always on the end off the phone when I just needed a chat.she went above and beyond. I honestly don’t know where I would be now without the continuous support . Since having Vicky as my housing officer I have moved into my own property and addressing my mental health issue a lot more . I’d be lost with out the support from Vicky. thank you Yale.

First off & being upfront, I am not a Yale Housing tenant, but have found myself, as our community representative, working both directly and indirectly with them over the last 4+ months.
The very first thing that astounded me was that I got to talk directly to one of the Directors over matters pertaining to our flats, leading to an ongoing line of conversation. Unheard of for me at least, this has led to a build up of confidence that Yale genuinely wants to help their tenants.
From providing funding to assist our 'garden' area (on a roof) to the care, thought & attention they have shown in thouroughly inspecting and repairing flats left run down by a combination of inadequate repairs and maitenance by previous landlords/agents. Yale has even furnished out these flats to help new tenants move in easier.
I can honestly say I am looking forward to my current landlord/agent transferring the leasehold to Yale Housing. I will finally get things done that are needed to be done.
Tenants Mental Health is high on their list of priorities, which is a very good thing for all.
I live in Wales and, as such, Yale deal through an excellent local landlord, who acts as their agent, as renting in Wales is different to the rest of the UK. Megan Bailey Williams is a genuine caring agent, selflessly striving to attain the best for both Yale's tenants and her own tenants. Yale have shown a positive 'can do' attitude to creating and maintaining as nice an environment as possible for both it's inherited and new tenants alike.

Nathan has been my support worker for some time now and I’m very grateful for everything that he does for me,
I’m disabled and have mental health conditions,
And this isn’t an issue,
Also when Nathan comes to see me it’s not just a quick five minute, he will stay 30 to an hour
We have a good chat and he always checks my security systems.
I’m partially blind and can’t see the combination lock to access the bins and Nathan asked me if I would like him to take my rubbish out,
This is a huge help to me as I’m trying to keep as much of my independence as I can,
And I don’t just see him once a week if he is popping in to see someone else,
He will go out of his way to come and have a chat with me,
Thank you “Nathan” for everything you do,

If I could give yale zero stars I would as they have just take vulnerable people from the streets taken there housing benefits then kick the tenants out on the streets with no help from anyone yale are scum Julie Thompson is the actual owner of the company she's a HMRC tax DODGER they change there name once a year to avoid paying taxes 🤔 I smell scummy little rats taking advantage of vulnerable people's situations its sick if you ask me there is a woman called Laura who works for them she does there dirty work this is posted by zeray gleave a tenant of yales

Can I just say I've been with yale now over 2 years if it want for yale I don't no where I would be rite now with my mental health they have been the biggest help I've ever had in my life they have been like a family to me from the start all the staff have been a great help but there is one staff member there who stands out and its Michelle she's a credit to yale and always will be thank-you for the surrport yale and a big thanks to Michelle for the help I'm getting
