I find the Aid box a great charity. The reason l have given them 1 star is due to the lack of information of the opening times they have online. I went once during the opening times stated online & they were closed. I than rang no answer, l went again to find a hand written notice that said they are closed til 15th August. I understand that charities can run at reduced hours but please put a message up online or a brief message on the telephone. People coming from the other side of Bristol can not see you hand written note! I came from Lawrence weston twice & have now given all the donations to other charities.
