Well after a very challenging few years near a property owned by the charity (not directly due to them), they have quickly taken action and for our community we greatly appreciate the efforts made. We have a diverse community and always welcome new people but appreciate that some behaviour is outside of the control of the charity, however even in that circumstance they have taken responsibility and acted very quickly and for that we are most grateful and thankful. Isaac has been professional, supportive and considerate and has expressed that his CEO and colleagues all feel the same. We wish this charity well and hope they can continue to help people.

Really freindly and helpful staff, the best training provider I've been to in Bristol. They've got loads of courses and qualifications and I didn't pay a penny for them, and they even paid my bus fares and gave me lunches!

Disappointed by their failure to engage. They do not respond to emails, and are not interested in partnerships to support ex-offenders. I had some good interaction with an ex staff member but no one else there seems bothered. Sad given what they could do if they followed their public mission statements.
