Proceed with caution if you value your privacy. Lynne takes great pleasure in gossiping with service users about other service users. Complete lack of professionalism in what should be a safe space for those who are trying to get better. The manager Dave is no better, likes to think of himself as some kind of holistic (self proclaimed I add) guru who is holier than thou. Don’t be fooled. Would I recommend? Absolutely not.
The place is also filthy. Improvement necessary.

Don't know why you can only give this place a one star review. And it's only the good reviews given top billing. Guess it's only the best reviews. But bless the so called staff. Keeps them in work. How about an inquest into how you operate and why you are paid for whatever it is you do. Answer for yourselves. My comments seem to end up at the bottom of the list. Oh that's right, no 5 Star rating.

I have recently finished a 10 week placement at Leigh Bank as a psychology student. I absolutely loved it at Leigh Bank and really appreciated how amazing the service is. The staff are all lovely and made me feel so welcome, I gained a lot of experience there which has helped me massively towards my career but also my own personal growth. I would encourage anyone to go to Leigh Bank, the work that is done there is amazing and I couldn’t fault it. ☺️

During my time at LeighBank the whole experience has been great from start till end. I was very nervous coming in but was made to feel very welcome by all staff, other residents. The groups are a bit challenging but made to feel relaxed and give you the tools for life after rehab and keeping life more balanced.

Hi my name is Caron and I am so grateful to have spent the last 3 months at Leigh Bank. I had been sober for a couple of months before I came in but in the past I had relapsed often. Leigh Bank has given me the tools and confidence that I will remain sober ongoing. The staff have always got time to talk if you feel the need ( big shout out to Amy ) and the group sessions are very helpful and informative. I was so nervous when I arrived but the other residents soon put me at ease. This is the most positive thing I've ever done.

I finished my treatment at Leigh Bank just before Christmas and thought I’d give it a while before I left a review for honesty and honestly I can’t believe, still, how better, happier and in all how much my life has changed for the better thanks to the staff and fellow residents at Leigh Bank. It’s been nearly 2 months now since I left and I’m still sober and not even thought about picking up again. Before I went in I thought it was just going to be like a tick box exercise as I couldn’t imagine my life without alcohol, now I can’t imagine my life with it. Thank you!

Being here in Leigh bank has given me the possibility of living a full life in sobriety!! The staff are so passionate in what they teach you that they give everything to you. I loved the huge trust factor of staff leaving each day at 5pm so you had to learn to trust yourself again. Living with 13 other people in recovery is challenging at first but then they feel like family. I will miss the house and the people in it but I am now 100% ready to face my sober life.
