I have had the pleasure of using AAL twice to help with equipment for my little girl.
They are extremely easy to work with and nothing is too much trouble.
I recently purchased a xyframe hoist via charity funding, and all the team at AAL made the process smooth from starting the quote to installation. They took all the trouble away from me and kept me update right the way through.

Disgusting business practise from this firm. I bought an item for £588 online and had to return it as it was unsuitable for my needs. They wanted to charge me a 25% restocking fee which is completely ILLEGAL. When I emailed them to say I know this is contrary to my statutory consumer rights, they did not respond. They have now issued me a full refund of my £588, which tells me they KNOW it is illegal to charge a restocking fee. How many others have they scammed out of this charge? I have today reported them to trading standards.

Excellent follow up care.
Our mobile hoist suddenly stopped working on the Friday evening. I contacted aal the following morning not expecting any response over the weekend. Stephen was on the phone 30 minutes later and we worked through possible causes before realising it was a failed circuit board and we needed an engineer. This was arranged for the following week and I had daily updates and a follow up call to check all was well. I couldn't ask for better service, and all done under the warranty. Thank you.

The most impressive achievement of AAL is to still have real people dealing with the customer. No, pick from the list of 6 then the list of 4 then the machine to take your order. Real people answered all questions and processed the order in two days to delivery and fitting. When one piece was found to not fit the disabled person it was replaced the day after reporting the problem at no extra charge. The price was not only as good as the competition, it was slightly better.

Looking for a portable standing hoist, very difficult to find but Stephen understood what we needed, sent details and supplied the correct kit just what we needed, delivery was prompt, and prices very fair.Highly recommended!
