I have been waiting for out side hand rails for my mums since early this year still nothing and also walk in shower and nothing no one gets back to me or returns calls. I'm her sole carer she has vascular dementia I'm finding hand to bath her but still no help.

The care my mother in law received when she came out of hospital was exceptional. The carer was skilled and thoughtful, the physio service great and the organisation very good. The support for family members was also very helpful. Thanks so much to everyone.

I've tried to get help for an elderly gentleman who is living in squalor, in a Jigsaw home. I'm going to try and get him assessed again now because he's having major surgery next week. I hope I can update my review to a more positive one.

The support plan assessment was not carried out well. The assessor was passive aggressive towards the caree's family and her designated carer and failed to use common sense in suggesting living conditions for the elderly caree.

Whats the point of providing a contact number if your never going to answer the phone...As a person who desperately needed help it leaves me feeling more alone and infinitely more abandoned when the people paid to care dont care enough to answer the bloody phone....You should feel ashamed of yourselves...but i doubt you do...
