Previously lived here, been told the Foyer part is alot better now, but that's debatable. The private side that I visited needs some serious attention for the rent their tenants pay, doors hanging off making it non-secure, lift hardly ever works for the 3 floors, noisy tenants the landlord wont do anything about, ceilings collapsing in flats, windows not shutting or leaking in bad weather when shut causing more then damp conditions, bin shoot stinks so much it can be smelled down the corridor. Front doors on industrial spring systems causing them all to slam shut. Always some excuse when it comes to ringing for repairs.
Cannot believe they allow their tenants to live this way! Your Housing need shutting down!

For young people but not good for long term living, trouble all the time, building too old from inside and lift always making wired noises

Amazing place which supports and houses 24 young people between 16 and 24. Don't know what Wigan would do without it.
