Waste of time. Phoned to ask if they were interested in a single bed to which they said yes ...arrived with the bed and a grumpy old man came out, fairly rude demeanor and said no not interested take it to the dump before promptly turning and walking back. A nice bed to landfill seems a shame. Won't try here again with the poor attitude.

The old guy in the shop was so rude (He was the only guy there).

This is not a furniture project helping people out, it is an expensive second hand furniture shop that takes donations and then sells the items at stupidly prices.

When donating we did not get as much as a thank you, even after reminding him!

If I could give a zero score I would.

🤬

Don't donate here it is not what you think of it!

Thank God for this place. When we came newly to woking, we did not have a push chair, furniture, utensils, etc. This place is very good for all this. They help you with these items at cheap prices. But the bad thing is they charge you when you want to give these back. I wanted to help others by giving it back when i left woking, but they asked me money to take it back. i ended disposing them, rather than helping another soul. 🙁

Decent place to donate and even buy stuff from. Good to have a place to help society. They do pickup and drop but timings are not too great, from what I've known.
