I have reached out to the local council via their email address over 4 weeks ago and have had no response. I have tried to chase up with further emails (2 weeks apart) to make sure my email hasn't been missed and I have yet to have any form of acknowledgement or response. I understand their working hours are only 3 hours a day but it's unacceptable to not even acknowledge an email. Especially when it's been almost 4 weeks.

Response time is not good.

Since 2019, lots more Otters. Very happy watching them in the Tumbling Weir.
