Myself and my crewmate attended a 999 call to this care home , thankfully the patient was okay and discharged with a GP referral. However I just wanted to say how impressed I was with this care home . As an ambulance service we go to many care homes and unfortunately some are not so good . This home was efficient (had everything to hand ready to help us ) , there was plenty of staff , the staff clearly cared for their residents , the home was clean and well presented . The deputy manager was lovely and very helpful . Thank you for your exceptional work ! 👏

I was invited along to do the re- launch party. I was looked after and treated with extreme courtesy. I’m so pleased with Malden house and the way the resident are looked after. The staff pleasant and helpful and I hope to return someday to see them. The manager was very impressive. She had a handle on every situation, had plenty of time for everybody. and the staff and residence had great respect for her attitude and the way she looked after them all.

Thank you to the Malden House team for their care and support during my mother’s respite stay. They were able to fit her in last minute and showed her respect and kindness during her stay. She always woke up to tea and biscuits in bed which was also another lovely touch. Many thanks
