Easy to park for free, my father has mobility issues and the appointment here for him was convenient compared to visiting the main hospital in Exeter.

Staff at reception and at the appointment were friendly, knowledgeable and supportive.

Staff lack compassion. Mocked and left my child outside in the cold.
I was stuck in traffic and couldn't pick up my daughter for a while so she went to find somewhere to stay warm. This was at around 5pm in January, where temperatures are freezing and outside is nearly pitch black. She knocked on the hospital door and tried getting the attention of someone inside, and the medical staff inside and just looked at her and smiled/chatted to one another. One even waved in a mocking manner. They continued this for the entire 10 minutes before I could get there. Staff behaved like children and lack compassion. Dread to think what will happen if there is ever a child with a real emergency and the only response they get from the staff inside is a smile and a mocking wave.

I went there for my results on my scans. The Doctor and other specialists were Fantastic on explaining what the results were. I will come back in the next few weeks for a Biopsy to find out more.👍👍
