Never in my life have I ever met such cruel useless and ignorant people. They are as much use as a chocolate teapot. They get pleasure in tearing peoples lives apart and do all they can to make children lives living hell. Something definitely needs doing with these cretins. They are ignorant and useless. I wouldn't even rate 1 star ...every single person in the trust is useless incompetent and down right rude , absolutely no morals leaving special needs children to fend for themselves foster careers without the right help and social workers who are constantly off " sick" or on annual leave these workers get more annual leave than anyone ive ever met , none of these people can do there jobs right and they need closing down before more children suffer , taking away innocent children from innocent parents and leaving the abused children to suffer ,the team manager or whatever she calls herself is a vile piece of work who can't give you any answers the questions you also the head of service sits on tbere arse all day and leaves paperwork to sit in draws leaving more children to suffer , if your children are under sandwell childrens trust asked be warned social workers are corrupt and they will stab you in the back at any given moment they will gain your trust then turn there back on you and write false statements and reports they need closing down before more parents and most importantly children suffer!!!

Very unhelpful and unresponsive to the requests of client stakeholders who need meeting with staff.
Good location
Just be aware carpark payable.
Lot staff who doing job there really need improvement in client focus.
