Mary Coogan, has been sitting downtown Newark for years. The only one she is advocating for is herself. When CPS allow children to be MOLESTED in foster care it’s another conversation. Families who are affected by the injustice of the courts need to help dismantle CPS, Children Advocate offices, and get rid of NO good Law guardians. Teresa Ford is on her way to HELL!
