The worst ever housing association. Honestly they have caused me PTSD, Trauma and deterioration in my mental health. All properties filled with Rodents and Dirt. Customer service agents both Birmingham and Bradford are so corrupt and malicious. They have neglected and misleaded me and my family for 7 months. They have made me wait 5 months to conclude a complaint which I’ve escalated further to someone way above them. They do not know what vulnerability is, cannot act upon their wordings. They are wrongful and need to definitely either be sued or closed down. I am gathering to create a campaign against them even though they are getting closed down. I will ensure I get my justice. I feel like the “positive” reviews are fake and is created by them themselves. Everyone I have spoke to in regards to concept and my self carry a very heavy hurtful heart because of concept housing. They have breached their own policy procedures for complaint process and standards of living. EVERYONE PLEASE AVOID! I have even wrote to the Mail and I will continue to do so until I get my story to the papers and they are plastered all over the net for the neglect, wrongdoings, maliciousness and most importantly for causing me such heavy mental health!!!!

Worst ever working with corrupt dodgy landlords with run down properties, taking advantage of vulnerable people. Running infested HMOs being taken to court currently by Tennants. Do not go under pillar housing or any landlord who is with concept housing.

Absolutely disgraceful organisation and the people that work for them from the top down throughout. Was unfairly evicted by a management firm running my home under these clowns and this lot who claim to help supported tenants in these difficult positions, do absolutely nothing to help and will happily watch you become homeless. After myself and later finding out that the other tenants had to leave due to the landlord getting greedy, I was at point told I could have an extra couple of days to move my stuff by the landlord, but as removing the remainder of my items, I was made aware that this unscrupulous lot concept decided to cut that extension period and had to be off the premises by the end of the day!!! Lucky I didn't have much left to move and was able to meet the deadline! But, this is besides the point, as if my belongings were still in there and could move at my pace they are my belongings and my property and will move them out without your bullying!!! Besides which the landlord already allowed me a couple of extra days!!! The other bad reviews of these jokers don't lie so don't trust Concept at all they will screw any over and mess them about and turn you over!!! Hang your heads Concept you're an absolute disgrace and should closed down!!!

Although I had alot of major issues with the agency that rented my home to me on behalf of concept, (Assist housing ltd AVOID THEM FOR SURE)I have to say that Concept themselves have from my very first contact with them been most excellent throughout my ordeal with a rogue landlord.
They were instantaneous to address the issues. Treated me with respect equality and fairness, and did everything they could possibly do to make certain that I was able to live independently in my community with dignity, respect and the same rights as any other tenant would expect in the UK. .
The neighborhood engagement officer for Aston was extremely fair, professional and always friendly.
He approached the issue with an amicable attentive, swift and fair manner, and laboured to reach a resolution that was fair to all involved .
Unfortunately for me, I experienced a somewhat rogue agent of theirs whos approach to maintainence repairs and the privacy and dignity of his tenants was most definitely NOT up to the standard of Concept .
But fortunately for you this means I am able to assure you explicitly that if YOU are unable to resolve issues with one of their landlords through the complaints procedure. They will become instantly active on the case and do everything to reach a solution that is fair balanced and proportional to your issue.
They WILL NOT sit back and let one of their landlords play fast and loose with your home or your rights

The staff at concept have been soo helpful and I'm extremely grateful for their support and assistance during the time I lived in there property. I had nowhere to go and they helped me with getting a roof over my head and supported me to access services that I very much needed. I have my own coucil house now but I can never forget the help my support worker gave me. eternally grateful.

I am currently a tenant with concept housing and i have NEVER experienced anything so bad. The personal from concept housing that housed me is nothing but unprofessional and rude, i have lived in there property for nearly 5 months now and we still do not have a support worker assigned to us, we have had 1 full support session and from what me and the two other tenants have been shown is that she doesn’t care about our needs as-long as she is getting paid. When i messaged n brought up that we hadn’t been getting support she then called me and started shouting down the phone at me as if she had the wright to do so, as i said this is the most unprofessional housing company i have dealt with and if i wasn't made homeless before hand i wouldn’t have chosen to go with concept housing.

I take back everything I said about Sunny he is a liar and doesn't care for anyone wellbeing he allows his tenants to be abusive and banging and confronting to people and does nothing about situation at all, outrageous tenant service I have removed myself from them and I will say to anyone specially islamic people to stay away from him and his properties wouldn't recommend anyone to him stay well away from this housing association. this review is nothing to do with Jethro at all he is wonderful people to make things clear.

Concept's company "well-being homes" made me homeless with little notice and zero support to move on. The reason cited wasn't that I was anti-social or I didn't pay my service fee, no, the reason was that I need more support and their solution was to strip away what little I had and drop me in something foul.
I've been without a home for almost a week. I've made a complaint to concept, I was informed via a 3rd party that an investigation was opened (last week) since my only response from the company directly was an acknowledgement that they'd received my complaint.
I have to question how a company with such little values can operate at all. The fact it's a company with a duty of care makes it all the more shocking.
