As always greeted by a very nice lady on the desk who is very helpful nothing seems to much for her? She goes above and beyond to help " but if you want and need treatment then my advice would be to ring 4 seasons rehab in Walsall or ask for a place in Livingston house Cranston as far as getting on a script and getting stable is as far as it goes in my opinion most of the treatment staff are just working for a wage packet and don't really care if you get clean or not only an addict can help an addict not a wage packet in my opinion

These helped me overcome addiction off of opiates over the span of 4 years, I’m finally free off of 12mg subutex and went onto buvidal. These services see thousands of people and due to the trivial drug and misuse problem in the West Midlands it does take a while to begin with 4 weeks maybe but after that it’s weekly or fortnightly like clockwork thanks to Stephen Micky and all the prescribers thanks for better outlook on life

Sadly this place getting worse and is a major concern on every appointment as well as arrival do not feel safe at all the location it self is hard enough too reach or get too so no sadly we at a very low point and level sadly not all staff are good too very pushy as well as rude hence do not feel comfortable at all in these conditions..

This is a excellent place to go and talk yo someone if ur going threw any sort of addiction or need help and guiedence if u have a loved one going threw it, the councilers are very good at listening and giving u information on how to cope or help that person that needs it

Always felt comfortable going there, Staff are friendly and very helpful. Only bad thing to say is about one if the prescribers I was late and he wouldn't see me that day even though I was not over 15mins late and you are allowed to be upto 15mins late but he was a new practiser there, he's the only negative iv experienced since I gave been going there and that's 10 months now. All other staff are great especially carol the receptionist and debbie Britton one of the substance misuse workers there she's awesome and can't ask for a nicer person to help u get your life back on track, she's stood by me through thick and think can't thank her enough
