Found this absolutely stunning Bird of Prey (Kestrel) at my workplace today. Sadly I noticed something wrong when it was perched on the fence and I was able to walk right up to it with not even an attempt to fly. I see after it had some wing damage, not broken but the feathers themselves frayed or burned away from something and she was covered in cobwebs.

I tried the RSPCA and sadly these would just thank me for trying to help an injured wildlife animal, and it's all automated. I looked up for a local wildlife rehabilitation center and this place came up. I called just to make sure I was able to bring her in and they welcomed her with open arms. I took her in on my way home, and was super pleased to hear that they would try and support her feathers in one way or the other so she can fly again. Such a heartwarming thing to know she will more than likely get that second chance to be able to fly again. Places like this will always have a place in my heart, thank you for all your help and the contribution you do for the beautiful wildlife we have in this country.

I took a fox here injured and very sick from London. They assured me they'll take good care of him and give him the best treatment he could get. They took him straight in to be looked at. And I registered him in. The lady at the hospital offered me a bottle of water and said, "Don't worry his in good hands here." And I left...

Lovely place and staff, I'm so grateful for their help with my unusual situation with a sparrow today. If I get the chance I will return when I get paid and donate. Hopefully I can get a lift rather than walking even if it's just a taxi. I hope the sparrow is doing okay 💜

This review is based on our phone call this morning and by the looks of the other reviews we unfortunately had the unpleasant experience of having a lady be rude towards us on the phone so clearly it’s a common occurrence here. Called up as we passed a fox on opposite side of the road this morning and being animal lovers we wanted to alert someone. Due to someone being behind we couldn’t stop the car and pull over and obstruct the opposite road otherwise we would have moved the poor thing ourselves. My wife and I called wildlife hospital and the lady I spoke too was not only not being helpful but it sounded like I was almost being mocked. I feel very let down today by the way we was spoken too just for caring.
It’s a shame. No excuse for rudeness. Don’t discourage people for caring. If you couldn’t help, that’s fine but you don’t have to be condescending. Get some manners and respect, it’s not hard. *oh and save the response about the calls get independently reviewed, it’s evident by the amount of reviews that say the same thing regarding a rude woman on the phone that this occurs. People are not stupid. Just get better manners and you wouldn’t have as many reviews repeating the same thing. 👍

We found a nest of baby mice in our garden, we monitored it carefully and came to the conclusion the mother sadly wasn’t coming back. They were trying to fend for themselves but were clearly still too young to be left. After ringing, we were advised to take them in ASAP and the lovely lady who was there that day put my mind at ease about them (I had become quite attached!) It’s wonderful that there are places like this to take all these orphaned and injured animals in, they must see hundreds of animals every week. Thank you to all the staff and volunteers who work round the clock to care for them!

The women on call at 16:40 today was awful 0 help or compassion then said she doesn’t even know where Bond Street is one of the most famous stations in London. Central London also doesn’t exactly have vets on every corner nor a box for the pigeon awful help

Very helpful and lovely people. Sadly the jackdaw which i brought in, that had been attacked by a cat could not be saved. But was put to sleep which was better the letting it die from starvation.
