My wife and I would like to thank the Overstrand Bowls club members for their very warm welcome and help during the two afternoons we spent at the club recently.
If you are spending a week’s holiday in the lovely village of Overstrand and have an interest in spending a very enjoyable few hours playing bowls whatever your skill level we would really recommend you visit the club.
The homemade banana cake, lovely cups of tea we were given and chats with the club members contributed to two lovely afternoons spent bowling at the club.
Thank you Jayne (club sec) for all the info you sent and hubby for the cake.
