Booked this in Nov for my daughter's 5th. Toilet facilities were clean but the main hall floor was quite dirty, took me over an hour to sweep and mop and get into a good state before the guests arrived.
Kitchen also was quite dirty- dirty plates and cutlery left, fridge was unusable and the ovens were in a state.
Customer service after the event when I complained to the manager was also appalling, ranging from denial (till I showed photos of the dirt swept up and asked for us to watch the CCTV) to saying there were concessions made for booking etc.
Considering this costs £50 per hour, I would expect much better service than cheaper halls

Hi. Had appointment at Riverside this morning. Although door sign advises open from 8.30, use the buzzer as 'clinic' was open before. I congratulate everyone involved with the care and safety if this eye clinic. PPE was used during my visit and I witnessed the change of PPE for next patient. Well done an excellant service where I felt safe.
